2.0L portable Wet Chemical fire extinguisher. This type of extinguisher has been tested and approved specifically for Class F oil and grease fires making them ideal for use in commercial kitchens. They contain a special low PH potassium acetate based agent. The extinguisher will dispel a fine mist that produces a soapy barrier on the surface to help prevent the fire from reigniting.
